2. Products
Sukkuti sells powdered herbal and spice infusions intended for everyday enjoyment.
Our products are food products, not medicines.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and should not be considered medical advice.
Allergens
Our products do not contain any intentionally added allergens as defined under EU Regulation No. 1169/2011.
They are produced without nuts, gluten, dairy, soy, or other common allergens.
3. Orders and Contract Formation
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.
A contract between you and Sukkuti is formed once:
your order is accepted, and
you receive an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected misuse, or supply limitations.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices are shown in the applicable currency and include VAT where required by law.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are fulfilled from our distribution centre in Madrid, Spain.
We currently ship to:
Spain, Portugal, Germany, France, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg, Vatican City, and Monaco.
Delivery times are estimates only.
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, force majeure, or events outside our reasonable control.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Customers within the European Union have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, in accordance with EU consumer law.
Due to the nature of food products:
Opened or used food products cannot be returned
Returns are only accepted for unopened items in original condition

7. Accounts
You may checkout as a guest or create an account.
If you create an account, you are responsible for:
maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
all activity under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

delays or failures beyond our reasonable control
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
