REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope your Sukkuti arrives safely and serves you well. If, for any reason, something isn’t right, please read below for clear information on how returns and refunds work.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU consumer law, customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods, without the need to provide a reason.


To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at orders@sukkuti.com within this period.

Returns – Important Food Safety Notice

Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, opened food products cannot be returned.


This applies to all:

  • Powdered herbal infusions

  • Spice-based infusion blends

  • Any consumable product where the seal has been broken or the product has been used


Eligible for return

  • Unopened, unused, and sealed products in their original condition


Not eligible for return

  • Opened or used food products

  • Products with damaged or missing seals

  • Subscription orders once processed


This limitation is in line with EU regulations regarding perishable and sealed food goods.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email orders@sukkuti.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item. Returned products must be:

  • Unopened

  • In their original packaging

  • In resalable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow up to 7 days from receipt of the return for processing

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at orders@sukkuti.com within a reasonable time after delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include clear photographs or videos showing the damage or defect. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders cannot be returned once processed. However, subscriptions can be managed, paused, or cancelled according to the terms outlined in our Subscription Policy.
